Joakin Mori, a 2nd year Master’s student studying Nutritional Science at Tuskegee University on a Nutrition Innovation Lab scholarship, has just been inducted into the Gamma Sigma Delta Honors Society. Selection for this Honor Society is limited to those with a minimum of a 3.5 GPA and high commendations from professors. Joakin, one of six 4.0 students, appreciated the acknowledgement of his efforts.
“It affords me a ‘well’ of encouragement to draw from in times when things don’t seem to go as expected” he related.
While the Gamma Sigma Delta induction was the highlight event, it was followed by acceptance into the Golden Key International Honour Society and acknowledgement by the IFT South Eastern Section for exemplary leadership. The Nutrition Innovation Lab is proud to sponsor quality research such as Joakin’s, and extends a hearty “Congratulations” on this outstanding achievement.
